God of War Ragnarok, one of this year’s major blockbusters, will debut on November 9, 2022, according to PlayStation Studios. A new CGI cinematic clip that depicts Kratos and Atreus facing a horde of foes was released accompanying this announcement.
Although the CGI clip does not accurately depict gameplay, the news of the release date must be good news for gamers who are eagerly anticipating the game given the rumors of delays. It has been reported that the two will visit new worlds in the future game, and it will be intriguing to see what kinds of novel opponent species will be there in Ragnarok.
A new unpacking video for the God of War Ragnarok – Collectors Edition, which comes with a giant 16-inch replica of Thor’s Hammer Mjolnir, was recently posted by Santa Monica Studios.
Ryan Hurst, who will play Thor in God of War Ragnarok, can be seen in the Collectors Edition unpacking video. The actor is most known for his role as Opie Winston in the popular TV show Sons of Anarchy. Along with Odin, who will be portrayed by Richard Schiff of “The West Wing” fame, Thor is perhaps one of the more recent key enemies in the game.
Atreus has undoubtedly matured since we last saw him in God of War (2018), and the game is most likely set some time after those events. In the most recent clip, new traversal mechanisms connected to the Blades of Chaos were shown.
The game was first shown during the PS5 Reveal Event in 2020, and it is undoubtedly one of the most eagerly awaited releases from PlayStation Studios. The game is a sequel to Good of War from 2018 and concludes the Norse Saga of the franchise.
