
Honor is making preparations to unveil the Magic 4 series soon. The company ahead of its release shared an official teaser, while the device was also spotted on a Geekbench listing.
With the MWC 2022 (Mobile World Congress) event just a few weeks away, various smartphone brands like Honor will release their latest devices. Honor is set to unveil its latest flagship Magic series. Honor CEO, George Zhaohad shared a new teaser of the upcoming devices on Facebook. This teaser confirms that the new device will arrive with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip.
As per the teaser, the company talks about its Honor Global Launch Event in MWC Barcelona 2022 with “The Power of Magic”. Sadly, this teaser did not reveal any key details regarding this matter. The Magic 4 was recently spotted on Geekbench listing by known tipster @RODENT950. As per the benchmark the upcoming Magic 4 apparently beat Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is designated with model number SM-S908U.

The Honor Magic device scored 3,901 points in the multi core department, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra got 3,303 points. On the other hand, on the single-core test the Magic device got 1,245 points while the S22 Ultra scored 1,215 points. However, this is just an early benchmark and both devices are running the same chipset. Furthermore, synthetic benchmarks aren’t always a good judge of performance in real life, so stay tuned for more updates.
