A new Z-series smartphone from iQOO is about to be released in the domestic market. The iQOO Z6 will launch on August 25 in the Chinese market, the business has revealed. The iQOO Z5 successor will be offered in three color options: Black, Orange and Blue. In addition to that, the company’s teasers showed that the device will enable optical image stabilization and include a triple rear camera configuration. The upcoming Z-series handset will support 80W fast charging, according to iQOO.
At launch the iQOO Z6 will arrive in Black, Blue & Orange. The future iQOO Z6’s camera configuration resembles that of the iQOO Z6 4G and iQOO Z6 Pro 5G, which were introduced in the Indian market a few months ago. The flash location, as seen in the teasers, differs from that of the iQOO Z6 series smartphones sold in India.
The power button and the volume rockers will be located along the right edge of the smartphone, according to the teasers. On some smartphones, the power button also serves as the fingerprint reader.
Over its predecessor, the iQOO Z5x, the triple rear camera setup will have an improvement. For those who don’t know, the iQOO Z5x lacks optical image stabilization and has a dual-camera system on the back. Other than that, the company hasn’t provided any other information regarding the iQOO Z6.
The iQOO Z6 is anticipated to include a display with 120Hz refresh rate, in line with other modern mid-range smartphones. It’s possible that the handset will include a Snapdragon 7 series chipset from Qualcomm. For those who don’t know, the iQOO Z5x only supports 44W fast charging and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset.
