It’s a new month and time for a new update – Samsung has released an update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra. The new software update carries the April 2022 security patch. The changelog of the new firmware is rather brief, the only thing apart from the security patch the update delivers “overall stability of functions improved”.
The update is designated with firmware version S90xEXXU1AVCJ, and it measures 1.5GB in size, so you better see if your storage is available. It is currently seeding in parts of Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
The phone runs on Android 12 based One UI 4.1, the same versions as they launched with earlier this year. The first update that S22 series received brought the March security patch.
