There have been several rumors and leaks concerning Assassin’s Creed that have been going around the internet for the past few weeks. The most recent one appears to imply that Ubisoft may have plans to reveal many new AC games at the upcoming Ubisoft Forward, including the already-announced Mirage.

Project Hexe and Assassin’s Creed Project Red are among the games that could be unveiled. Tom Henderson reported that Project Red will take place in Japan and include an assassin with samurai-like characteristics. According to reports, Project Hexe occurs in Central Europe during the infamous Witch Hunt Trials.

Project Jade, a mobile game with a Chinese setting, is reportedly among these recent announcements. Ubisoft has not confirmed any of these allegations, so all new information should be taken with a grain of salt.

With the AC franchise, Ubisoft appears to have started over from scratch and is contemplating a variety of fresh possibilities. According to early rumors about AC Mirage, the new approach is quite similar to the previous one, transitioning to a smaller-scale, stealth-focused experience.

A new live-action/CGI video for Assassin’s Creed was just published by the publisher, and it is probable that AC will take up a significant portion of the Ubisoft Forward live broadcast. Strangely, the firm appears to be developing a VR game with the working title of Project Nexus.

If these rumors are true, a lot of Assassin’s Creed appears to be going players’ way in the next few years. It will be fascinating to watch how fans react to a change in focus. The date and time of Ubisoft Forward is September 10,12:30AM (Indian Standard Time).
