Nothing recently shared the design of its first smartphone – the Nothing Phone(1). The smartphone will arrive with a transparent back panel with a dual camera setup and light strips. Now the handset has made an appearance in a video posted on YouTube by Rafael Zeier and Das Kann Was, giving us a full view of the back panel.
The Nothing Phone (1) sports a flat design with the antenna lines visible on the frame which confirms a metal build. You can also see the smartphone has the power button on the right-side of the frame while the volume button sits on the left-side. The bottom houses the USB-C port, speaker grille and microphone.
The glowing lights are a really cool addition, but it’s still unclear if the light will blink only for incoming notifications. There are some Oppo phones out there with Orbit lights around the rear camera which blink when you receive notifications, charge the phone or launch a game.
Check out both videos below.
The Nothing Phone (1) will debut on July 12, and we can expect the brand to share more about the phone in the form of teasers in the days leading up to the event to build the hype around its first smartphone.
