ZTE-backed Nubia recently announced that it would introduce a new Z40S Pro smartphone model in China under the name Nubia Z40S Pro Starry Night Collector’s Edition.
Through the posting of a few teaser posters, the business has now provided further details about the gadget. The phone will officially launch on November 5th, which is just a few days away.
What we have assumed based on the phone’s name is confirmed by the fresh teasers released by the business. A rear panel of the Nubia Z40S Pro Starry Night Collector’s Edition will be modeled after Vincent van Gogh’s well-known painting Starry Night.
The body of the phone will be painted Starry Blue to match the rear panel. A bespoke Sony optical sensor with a 35mm humanistic primary camera is also confirmed by the advertisement. The phone also contains clever AI Constellation Technology, according to the manufacturer, which aids users in finding constellations.
A 6.67-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits is what is anticipated for the phone’s features. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU, together with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage, will power it from the inside out.
The phone’s primary camera is a custom-built 35mm, 64-megapixel Sony IMX787 model with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS capability. It is connected to both an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The gadget will include a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
It will come pre-installed with the Android 12 operating system and the MyOS 12 bespoke user interface from the manufacturer. A 5,000mAh battery and compatibility for 80W or 120W fast charging are believed to power the gadget.
