Last year in China, Oppo unveiled the Oppo Find N, the brand’s first foldable phone. The Find N did not enter any other markets and was only available in Oppo’s native country. The first foldable phone from Oppo was released a year ago, and the firm is currently preparing to release a successor model. Very soon, the Oppo Find N2 may be launched. There is no information yet on the precise launch date. The Oppo foldable phone’s specs have also been the subject of significant speculation.
Online, there are purported Find N2 screenshots to be found. Before the device is officially released, the photographs corroborate a few of its technical details and characteristics.
According to the leak, the 5.5-inch OLED cover display on the OPPO Find N2 would have a resolution of 2120 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device’s foldable screen is not mentioned in the leak. The Find N2, according to previous reports, would include a 7.1-inch foldable OLED screen.
The Find N2 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU. A 4,520mAh battery with 67W rapid charging capabilities will be inside. The Find N2 is anticipated to feature wireless charging as its predecessor did.
A 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 ultra-wide lens, a 12- or 13-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera make up the Find N2’s camera module. The MariSilicon X NPU chip is a feature of the Find N2 that will improve the photographic experience. Android 13 OS, which is based on ColorOS 13, is most likely to power it. Black, white, and green are likely to be the available colors.
Recall that the original Find N included a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging, a 7.1-inch foldable OLED screen, a 5.5-inch cover display, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. It sports a 50-megapixel (main) + 16-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 13-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit in addition to a 16-megapixel front camera.
In related developments, OPPO is slated to introduce its Reno 9 series, OPPO A58 5G, and OPPO A98 5G this month. The OPPO Find N Flip, the company’s first flip phone with a foldable display, will thereafter be released with the Find N2.
