Realme is preparing to unveil its next mid-range smartphone lineup in India and Europe, dubbed Realme 9 Pro. The brand will be announcing two smartphones in the upcoming series – the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ on February 16. Now just a couple of days before the launch, the camera specs of the Realme 9 Pro+ have surfaced online.

The notable tipster Yogesh Brar via his Twitter handle revealed the details about the camera setup of the upcoming Realme 9 Pro+. As we know, the smartphone will be coming with a triple rear camera setup, and the tipster suggests that a 50MP f/1.9 Sony IMX766 sensor would lead the camera setup. The main camera will come with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

The other two units in the camera setup will be an 8MP Sony IMX355 sensor paired with an f/2.5 ultrawide lens with 119-degree of FoV and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. On the front, it will come with a 16MP f/2.45 Sony IMX47 sensor with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS).

Realme says that the camera on the Realme 9 Pro+ will be on par with some of the flagships in the market. As per Realme, shots from the 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor will be as good as the pictures captured by the Google Pixel 6.
