Release date and features of FIFA 23 revealed, pre-orders kick off in India

After previewing the Ultimate Edition cover stars, EA has now officially unveiled FIFA 23. Since the release date has been revealed, the game is now available for pre-order in India. The graphic improvements, game modes, teams, players, leagues, and other details have all been described by EA. FIFA 23 will include women’s football for the first time in the franchise’s history, complete with licenced players, teams, and leagues. In addition to this, all platforms will be able to play the game cross-platform.

On September 30th, FIFA 23 will be available on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Although FIFA 23 Legacy Edition is the name given to the Switch version of the game, no additional features have been revealed for it. “FIFA 23 Legacy Edition will contain the same Gameplay features and modes as FIFA 22 Legacy Edition without any new development or substantial additions,” according to the game’s official description on the Nintendo eShop.

The Hypermotion 2 technology in FIFA 23 enables greater animations and more authentic player responses. The game should feel more responsive and smooth as a result. It should be mentioned that only PC and current-gen consoles such the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will be able to play Hypermotion 2. Other improvements include a new acceleration mechanism, an enhanced transition to firing, and more.

Additionally, FIFA 23 launches with two leagues—the Division Arkena 1 and Barclays Women’s Super League—and women’s clubs. In addition to this, the game will get free post-launch upgrades for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023. Cross-play is a feature in all 1v1 modes in FIFA 23, including FUT, Online Seasons, and Friendlies. The cross-play functionality is dependent on the hardware generation; PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC players may all play the game together, as can PS4 and Xbox One players. In addition to these updates, FIFA 23 also has a new shooting system that enables players to take significantly longer to finish shots that are much more powerful.
