Samsung released the first software update for Galaxy Buds2 Pro

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro TWS earbuds were introduced last month and Samsung has now published the first software update for them. The firmware upgrade, version R510XXU0AVI7, requires a 6MB download. Although Samsung has not included any new functions, it improves the earbuds’ stability and dependability.

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro is the Galaxy Buds Pro’s replacement. It has three color choices, a square charging case, and a lighter weight. Since the Buds2 Pro doesn’t have the shiny surface of the Buds Pro, it is both more appealing and more comfortable to use. Each bud has a 500mAh charging case in addition to a 58mAh battery. Therefore, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro has a battery life of up to 616mAh. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro includes three settings: ANC, Off, and Ambient Sound. You may activate these modes with your voice (using the Voice Detect feature), or by giving any of the buds a long squeeze.

When ANC and ambient sound are turned on, the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro’s 8-hours playback time drops to around 5 hours. The Buds2 Pro’s total 616mAh battery can be fully charged via USB-C in 75 minutes. There is also a Qi wireless charger, although it can take up to two hours to completely charge the gadget. At its nest, there are two pogo pins for each bud. Priced at $229, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro is IP67 certified. Through the Galaxy Wearable app on their linked smartphone, owners of the Galaxy Buds2 Pro may download the update.
